Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the dfbovai website accessible at https://dfbovai.net together with all services, content and functions provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the dfbovai platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal profile registered on the platform, including personal information, account balance and transaction records.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in a user's account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to all promotional credits, cashback or other incentives given by dfbovai to members in accordance with the respective promotion terms.
• "Responsible Gambling" refers to the practice of gambling within one's financial means with full awareness of the risks involved.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the dfbovai services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Aged 21 years and above — use of the platform by individuals below this age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and rejection of all pending payments.
• Registration is voluntary and not subject to any form of pressure or external influence.
• Not prohibited from gambling activities by any regulatory body or court with jurisdiction.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme either through dfbovai or any other responsible gambling programme.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each user is only permitted to register one personal account. dfbovai reserves the right to conduct identity checks at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dfbovai platform are subject to the following policy:

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all supported payment methods. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. All qualifying withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same name as the dfbovai account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• dfbovai reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Any deposit made using a credit card or other form of borrowed funds is entirely at the user's own risk. dfbovai is not responsible for any financial difficulties arising from such deposits.

dfbovai does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the user's e-wallet operator or bank may apply their own service charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dfbovai are subject to their respective specific terms. The general terms that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus is given to each new member. Any attempt to claim this bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is prohibited.
• dfbovai reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse including but not limited to arbitrage betting techniques, use of multiple accounts or any method designed to exploit the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

Betting and Game Rules

Use of the dfbovai gaming platform is subject to the following rules:

• All game outcomes generated by the dfbovai system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error that can be verified by dfbovai.
• dfbovai uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for casino games to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.
• Any form of cheating, illegal collusion between players, use of automation software or any method that provides an unfair advantage to a player is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
• dfbovai reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, odds pricing error or other unusual circumstances, with notice given to the affected user.
• Sports betting odds and lines are subject to change and dfbovai reserves the right to reject bets at certain limits in accordance with the platform's risk management policy.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

dfbovai takes seriously its responsibility to support members who may be experiencing gambling-related problems. Our platform provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings to control their gambling spending.
• Loss Limits: Users can set a maximum loss limit within a specified period as a personal protection measure.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Members can apply to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period. During this period, the account cannot be accessed and no new account can be opened.
• Permanent Account Closure: For those who need a long-term solution, a permanent account closure request can be made through our customer support.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dfbovai and its affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond dfbovai's control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters or power outages.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
• Betting or gambling decisions made by users — profits and losses from betting activity are the user's sole responsibility.

The dfbovai platform is provided "as is" and dfbovai makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, completeness or reliability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Account Closure and Suspension

dfbovai reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user themselves.
• A request from an authority with valid jurisdiction.
• The user is found to be under the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, dfbovai reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. If fraud is confirmed, dfbovai reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

dfbovai reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be notified to members via their registered email or a notification on the platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page from time to time to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. The most recent update date is stated at the top of this page.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The dfbovai platform operates under an international licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through:

• Direct Negotiation: Members are encouraged to contact the dfbovai customer support team first via 24/7 live chat or email to resolve any issue amicably.
• Arbitration: If direct negotiation fails to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by dfbovai's licensing body.
• Final Decision: The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay and English versions of this document, the English version will serve as the official reference unless otherwise stated.
